Almond Bank (Ntaba Ridge)

Phase 1
The previous environmental approval granted the following development rights: 100 residential plots of 2500m2, with a maximum building footprint of 50%, associated roads and service infrastructure, communal facilities including stables, estate office, convenience centre, club house and a 70ha conservation area.
DFA was approved and amended.
Building has commenced.
 
Phase 2
It is now proposed that a further 69 freehold sites, a 100 unit low impact sectional title village, a 20 room spa with medical facilities and communal facilities including stables and paddocks.
There have been 2 public participation meetings.
There is no scoping report as yet.
